How many people does bbq catering serve?

BBQ catering is generally for 50 or more guests, with no ceiling on size. For smaller groups, our Party Packs are the convenient pick — great food at a great price, dropped off hot. Not sure which fits? Text or call (208) 391-6363.

Yes, and we’re proud of it. Mister. BBQ was voted one of the 50 best barbecue joints in America and number one in Idaho.
What are the minimums?

BBQ Catering has a minimum of $500. The on-site food truck and live-fire tailgating minimum is $750. Pit Club members get a $500 food truck and tailgating minimum.
What happens if I don’t meet the minimums?

If event sales fall short of the minimum, the difference is billed to the event organizer.
What is your cancellation policy?

Your date is locked as soon as your payment clears. Party Packs and the Mini Party Pack are paid in full when you book. BBQ catering, the food truck and tailgating require a 50% deposit with the balance due on the day of the event. Unpaid invoices hold your date for 7 days, then release. Need to change something? What other meats can Mister. BBQ smoke?

Mister. BBQ smokes whole turkeys and prime rib at market rates. Order at least 72 hours ahead so we can source and smoke it right.

Is there a maximum number of people Mister. BBQ can serve?

No. We've easily served thousands at one time. Mister. BBQ is built to take care of massive groups and smaller gatherings alike.
Is your bbq gluten-free?

Everything we make, besides mac n cheese and buns, are gluten-free.
How does brisket work in the party pack?

Every Party Pack comes with 2 full 10 lb protein trays and 3 side pans. Up to 5 lbs of brisket is included at no charge — we fill the rest of that tray with 5 lbs of another meat, and your second protein fills the second tray. Want a full tray with 10 lbs of brisket? That's +$160 per Party Pack. Brisket tops out at 10 lbs per Party Pack — for more, add a second Party Pack. Choosing other meats, like chicken and pulled pork, is never an extra charge.
